1. By completing the AmateurCruisers.com membership form you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement. These terms and conditions can be changed at the discretion of AmateurCruisers.com. It is up to each individual to refer to this page for any amendments. Once you have submitted the join form you have become a 'member'.
2. As a member you are responsible for paying periodic membership fees.
3. For your convenience and satisfaction, all memberships will automatically renew upon expiration unless your subscription is cancelled at least 5 days prior to the end of the current term.
4. To cancel your membership, simply follow the cancellation link found on the support, or join page. Cancellations will not be accepted via email. The cancellation form is a simple process!
5. Any liability of AmateurCruisers.com including without limitation under any course of action will be limited to the amount paid by a member for the preceding 12 months.
6. Members user name and password must not be distributed to others. This will result in immediate suspension of service. AmateurCruisers.com under law must hold the member liable for unauthorized breach of membership.
7. Password protection software is installed to keep the cost of the site down. Members who download more than a 700mb a day (about 15 complete videos), or who log in from many different subnets, will have their username blocked for 24 hours.
8. All information transmitted via email is deemed public domain material.
9. Memberships are not transferable.
10. Members are responsible for providing AmateurCruisers.com with notification of new credit card details once their card has expired for continuation of service.
11. Members are responsible to provide all necessary equipment to gain access to AmateurCruisers.com.
12. AmateurCruisers.com has the right to refuse membership to any individual and has the right to cancel a membership.
13. Without limitation AmateurCruisers.com does not offer any warranty to any aspect of the service be it a service provided directly by AmateurCruisers.com or a 3rd party source.
14. All pictures, images, sounds, text, video-caps, and any other material located on this site are the sole property of AmateurCruisers.com and are not to be distributed in any form without the prior written consent of AmateurCruisers.com.
15. This Agreement in its entirety contains the entire agreement between the member and AmateurCruisers.com. Any questions regarding this Agreement should be sent to webmaster@AmateurCruisers.com. The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.
